The Advocacy Program receives all the abuse and neglect cases that come in to Campbell, Crook and Weston County. We recruit and train advocates to place on those cases to be a voice for the child/ren in court.
Advocates are volunteers throughout the community with the will to change a child’s life. Becoming an advocate is an investment of little time, but a lot of heart.
Many times, during a juvenile case, the child tends to become lost. An advocate is there to ensure that this doesn’t happen. The advocate becomes familiar with the child in order to do what is in his/her best interest.
